  ARE THESE ORIGINALS OR FAKES?

No we sell faithful reproductions of original furniture designs which are now out of patent, which means maunfacturing of these designs has gone to the open market.

  HOW QUICKLY CAN YOU DELIVER?

In many cases as soon as the next day, please speak with our sales team if you have specific requirements.

  DO YOU SELL TO THE TRADE?

Yes we do at many levels, please refer to our Trade portal for further information.

  HOW CAN I PAY?

We accept payment by debit or credit card, via paypal on our website. Payment can also be made by bank transfer and by cheque for our trade buyers.

  IF I PLACE A CUSTOM ORDER, HOW LONG IS THE LEAD TIME?

On average the lead time is approx 8-10 weeks, please refer to our custom order tab for further information.

  DO YOU HAVE A RETURNS POLICY?

Yes, we operate a money back returns policy on all items excluding custom orders. Please refer to our terms and conditions for further detail and requirements.

  WHAT TYPE OF LEATHER DO YOU USE?

In most cases we use Italian Semi Aniline leather, a natural leather with a small amount of pigment in it's surface coating to give protection in furniture use.  A damp cloth and a very mild soap solution can be used to remove everyday grime and dirt.

  CAN I COLLECT MY ORDER?

We welcome collections from our warehouse in Corsham, Wiltshire by prior arrangement.

  DO YOU DELIVER ON THE WEEKEND?

We can arrange for most items to be delivered on a Saturday. A surcharge will apply, please call or email to confirm.

  IF I ORDER CAN I SPECIFY A DAY FOR DELIVERY?

In most cases you can request a delivery day Tuesday to Friday.

  WILL MY PRE ORDER BE DELIVERED AS ITEMS BECOME AVAILABLE FROM STOCK?

We despatch your order when all the items purchased are available.  If you require items over multiple deliveries please ask our team to re-quote for this service.

  ARE WE ABLE TO VIEW YOUR PRODUCTS?

Yes, we have a showroom sited in Bath. Should you be travelling long distance please call in advance to check that selected items are currently displayed.

  DO YOU DELIVERY INTERNATIONALLY?

Yes, we deliver to all destinations within Europe.  For Greece, Cyprus and all offshore islands please email our team in advance as surcharges apply.

  IF I PROVIDE MY OWN FABRIC CAN IT BE USED TO UPHOLSTER MY ORDER?

We are not able to accommodate this request.

  HOW DOES YOUR FURNITURE COMPARE TO THE ‘ORIGINALS’?

Our reproductions compare well to the licensed versions using quality materials such as imported Italian Semi Aniline Leather, 304 Grade Stainless Steel and American Hardwoods.

  CAN YOU SEND ME A FABRIC OR LEATHER SAMPLE?

  DO YOU REQUIRE FULL PAYMENT WHEN ITEMS ARE TO ‘CUSTOM ORDER’?

No, we require a 30% deposit which is taken on checkout, with a balance payment approx 1 week before delivery.

  WHAT IF I DECIDE TO CANCEL MY CUSTOM ORDER?

If you decide to cancel your order before delivery, you will forfeit your 30% deposit payment.
