I just received my Lobby Executive Chair. It looks great (nice aluminium, soft leather, well finished) and is very comfortable (so puffy). A state of the art design chair for the cost of an ordinary business chair.

I bought the barcelona daybed in black leather last year and it is excellent. The quality is very fine but what still sticks with me - beyond the product and around 12 months after buying - is the quality of the customer service. I subsequently have bought a bench and dining chairs from vita. Excellent products and service.

The service I received from Vita interiors was first class. They called to confirm my order details and to confirm delivery. Unfortunately the chair was slightly faulty. However, they responded to my call immediately, I sent them a photo and they called the same day to arrange pick up and delivery of a new chair wihtin 2 days. Very efficient and fiendly service. The new chair is great.

My order (Kids Eames Style Roacking Chair) was delivered last week by a very friendly chap and I must say I'm really rather pleased. Incredibly well packaged and product was much better quality than expected. Good materials and good weight to it. I think I paid around £100 overall including delivery and to be honest, that’s a bit too cheap. I would have been quite happy to pay £150 plus. If you look at similar products in various shops in and around Marylebone, Primrose Hill, Notting Hill, Kensington etc, the chair is a much better quality product than others I have seen but at a significantly lower price. I will recommend you where I can and will certainly be ordering from you again, Many thanks, Hamish
