Mainland England, Wales and Scotland.
FREE delivery covers England, Wales, and parts of Scotland, excluding KW, IV, AB, DD, PH and PA Postcodes. There is a delivery charge for Highlands, NI, Ireland & Islands.
After receiving your furniture order we will call you to arrange delivery (Tues - Fri) in advance. The goods will be despatched on a next day service which means the courier will on a best endeavours basis deliver orders between 8.00am and 6.00pm on the day discussed (note - this is not a guaranteed booking, however we find the couriers used highly successful in application). Unfortunately we are unable to specify an actual time before or on the day. A tracking number is available on request.
It is assumed that any delivery address provided is an address that is occupied.
We can generally despatch your order for a UK next day delivery (Tues – Fri) for orders placed before 1.00pm. Please call us after making your order to arrange for this service.
You can also upgrade your delivery to a best endeavours AM delivery slot by paying a surcharge. Please call us to arrange for this service.
Saturday deliveries are available by surcharge, please speak with our team.
For those who are not able to provide an occupied address during working hours to receive delivery we suggest the following –
a) Provide an alternative occupied address, i.e. a work address or that of a family member etc.
b) Upgrade your delivery to a Saturday delivery as above.
c) If your only option is to take time off work to take a delivery then please be aware any booking made is on a best endeavours basis, not guaranteed. We also suggest upgrading to an AM service to give some flexibility.
Please refer to the icons listed on our product pages. Heavy items will require assistance at point of offload, please discuss with our team. All deliveries are made to ground floor only or to pavement for large items.
Please check your order at time of delivery and if there is any doubt regarding possible transit damage please sign for as ‘damaged', please refer to our terms and conditions for further information.
In certain cases we will prefer to deliver using our own transport, mostly larger items to our own local area and to London based destinations. Again we will book the day of delivery with you in advance and also arrange if necessary for our driver to call you 30 mins prior to delivery.
If you are looking for a tailored delivery service over and above the options detailed above we are happy to quote for this using an independent courier with 1 or 2 men on board but please be aware the cost will be significantly more than the economical charges quoted on our site.
All orders are delivered complete when available, if you require your order in part over multiple deliveries please contact our team and we will re-quote for this service.
If you wish to return or exchange your purchase you must notify us within 7 days of receipt. Please put your notice of Return or Exchange in writing by letter, fax or email. Please note that we do not offer a free returns service, you are required to organise and pay for the transportation any unwanted return yourself.
Please contact us for return address and make sure to include your customer order details with the package, as we cannot process the returned goods without these.
Before returning your purchase, please ensure the goods are in the same condition as they were originally sent. Unwanted items must be returned in a fully resalable condition, which includes being in the original, unmarked and undamaged packaging. Items must not have been used or assembled in any way. We do not accept responsibility for items lost or damaged in transit back to us. If returning you purchase by mail we recommend that you get proof of postage.
CC Web Ltd retains the right to refuse a refund on any item deemed not to be resalable.
Once we have approved the condition of your return a refund will be made within 28 days. We do not refund the original delivery charge paid.
