Sori Yanagi Style Butterfly Stool

The Sori Yanagi Style Butterfly Stool is a high quality reproduction in the style of the original design.

Designed by in 1954 Sori Yanagi combined eastern shapes of his heritage with lessons learnt from Charles and Ray Eames to develop a stool which combined strong design cues with the style and grace of a butterfly.

The name Sori Yanagi is only used to describe the characteristics of the goods made to the original design, and not as a trade mark.

A very high quality reproduction made from 5 ply birch with real wood veneer and brass hardware.
