The Arne Jacobsen Style Egg Chair is a high quality reproduction in the style of the original design.

The highly sculptured 'Egg Chair' was originally designed in 1957 for the Royal SAS Hotel in Copenhagen.   This chair is the result of Jacobsen's search for a curved fluid form which required minimum padding and was lightweight without losing the comfort.

The name Arne Jacobsen is only used to describe the characteristics of the goods made to the original design, and not as a trade mark.

4 star alu base with swivel and tilt function. Upholstered in Danish Wool or Semi Aniline Leather.
